I was thrilled to hear from one of my best high school friends this morning for the first time in a long time. Grant is a tireless outdoor adventurer and a killer photographer. For as long as I can remember, he’s been going bigger and faster than the rest of us and capturing the best of it on film. Not really sure what this thing is supposed to be. If you’ve been to Santa Barbara you more than likely have seen it. Whatever, its colorful, and color mek meh happeh. :D

I love living in a place where in the mere 30 seconds it takes to get out of your car and walk to your door you can look up, see the glow of the Milky Way, and see shooting stars all night long. Sorry Haley Williams, airplanes just don’t cut it for me.
